Bliki is short for blog and wiki, I have first seen it used by Martin Fowler, and he described it here.

This bliki is another attempt to keep writing. I have wanted to write since a long time but I did not put enough time into it. A blog post is considered to be complete and rarely edited except, for corrections. I intend to use a bliki to post ideas that are forming and, that can be modified, updated and improved later.

I am currently using Octopress to generate the static pages and git for revision control.
